What a great experience! It started off with our server, Sara! She was as nice as could be and super professional. The food was fabulous. All six of our entrees were perfect! We wish we would have had room for dessert! Highly recommend Ciao and Sara!!!

Tried finding an Italian restaurant we wouldn’t regret visiting - finally guessed right. Fantastic restaurant here! To start things off, I didn’t know you were suppose to call in or reserve a table - we came around 6-7 and they were fully booked. Next table available at 8. The staff said if we’d like we can sit near the bar area and we’d still get serviced. We did that. Right away someone came up to us, I believe it might have been the manager, a very nice lady, super welcoming and helpful. Maybe even owner, not sure how big this restaurant is. Regardless, she took our order, brought us drinks. The food came out fast, it was hot, and it was delicious! Every time another waiter/staff passed our table they asked if we needed anything, if everything was ok and so on. Absolutely amazing service - honestly I only saw this type of service in Europe. We were very happy visiting here. Once again, service 10/10, food was amazing, prices are honestly too low for this type of service and great food. I hope you guys keep up the good work and can’t wait to visit again. This was one of our highlights on our trip to Myrtle Beach, thank you.

Best food we have ever had! We had the Grouper and Manicotti, with salads and a stuffed mushroom. Unbelievably good. The bread was hot and fresh and the walnut pesto dipping oil was amazing. Lily was our server and she was excellent, checking in with us regularly with a beautiful smile that brightened our day. Wonderful experience and we are going back tomorrow. Thank you, Ciao!

Excellent food in a quiet, intimate setting. Walnut and pesto olive oil. minestrone soup was delicious. My partner and I shared the spinach and walnut tortellini with grilled chicken. We will be back next time we are here!

My friends and I had a great dinner at Ciao. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a great, quaint restaurant to address that craving for italian cuisine. We arrived a little before the dinner crush on week night. Food was the best italian I've had in ages - can't remember any better restaurant. Outstanding flavors. Good wine list and spirit selection. Jason provided our group delightful service. Group recommendations were the Lobster Ravioli, Veal Saltimboca, and Chicken Picatta. Only four stars on atmosphere as the location is pretty small and table spacing is tight - otherwise, five stars in every category. Highly recommend reservations!

Wow, what a GREAT restaurant. We enjoyed our Saturday evening visit very much. Our waiter (Jason I believe) was truly exceptional. It's rare nowadays, to be served by a professional that understands proper timing of service, between courses. Though visiting at 8:30, after appetizers, salads, mains and dessert (to go), we finished after closing time. He never made us feel rushed or that this was an inconvenience. Calamari was tender & fresh, Caprese salad was also fresh and the dipping sauce for bread was amazing. Chicken Alfredo, Chilean Sea Bass w/crab and Penne with sausage, prosciutto & long Italian peppers were all made with care and well executed. Cannoli & cheesecake ended the evening well but the tiramisu was the best that I have ever had!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. After my visit, I received an email from them just to say thank you. No links asking me to rate or review, no push for feedback, just genuine appreciation for my visit. It was a small but meaningful gesture that shows they really value their guests. Highly recommend dining here, not just for the excellent food and service, but for the genuine hospitality that makes the whole experience memorable.

The food was amazing! There were 7 of us, each with a different dish, and not one complaint! Our server was attentive, kind, and professional. The atmosphere was perfect from the lighting to the decor. A perfect Galentine’s dinner celebration!
